Cocalmayo

Price available upon request. Hidden among the lush foliage of the Amazon jungle you’ll find Cocalmayo, one of Peru’s many natural hot springs that pepper their slice of the Ring of Fire. The ground is filled with stones glittering a rainbow of colors. The jungle wraps shades of green, blue, and yellow that you never knew existed all around the horizon. White clouds stop you from seeing past the mountain peaks that look like a zipper being undone. It’s as if you have been dropped onto another planet, and cannot see a path “down” or “out” in any direction - not that you would be looking for one. The air feels as clear to breathe in as the water does to see through. The sounds of the birds, monkeys, insects, chickens, and whatever else may be roaming about encircles you. There is no sense of direction in this place. It’s just a still, 360 sense of being.
