Yanahuara, Arequipa

Price available upon request. Arequipa is such a beautiful city. The diverse flora there was so unexpected for me. There were the most lovely cacti in the central breezeway of the apartment building that I stayed in, in the Yanahuara neighborhood of Arequipa. Everything seemed to grow so much bigger there. Seeing so much cacti in such a wet environment was completely different than what I was accustomed to seeing in the American Southwest. Nothing was dusty. They were lush.
